Position Summary

Reports to SVP WW Field Operations Foster City, CA

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prospecting, lead generation and setting appointments
• Tracking and management of current and potential customers through the use of management software and systems
• Successful demand generation follow-up with emphasis on generating “qualified” opportunities
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly demand generation quota
• Responsible for providing reports on lead activity, lead forecasts and other quantifiable client objective measurements
• Perform other job related duties as required

Job Qualifications:

• 3-5 years inside related or direct Sales experience in enterprise software sales. Knowledge of enterprise solutions such as SAP, Oracle or Salesforce.com knowledge ideal.
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Independent working and decisions making skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Familiar with CRM type business systems
• Easily adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to demonstrate sales process

Formal Training or Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Senior C++ Developer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the effort on design and maintaining code for Synactive’s product lines.
• Program and design follow C++ principals and object oriented design.
• Work with product management to create new products.
• Work with offshore development team.
• You will work closely with development management and be able to reason through compromises resulting in the best balance for Synactive's long-term strategies and near-term customer requirements.

Work Experience & RequirementS:

• The successful candidate is expected to balance the need to be a self-starter and a team member. A bias towards continuous improvement and a strong drive for “results” is also expected.

Technical Skills:

• Over 5 years of C++/Visual C++ development experience required.
• Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 and/or Microsoft Visual C++ 6.00, Win32 SDK a plus.
• Knowledge of System Programming (e.g. threads, sockets, TCP/IP).
• Knowledge of design patterns and OOP design practices.
• Java, AJAX and SAP NetWeaver Portal knowledge a plus.

Regional Sales Director

This is a field sales position newly created regions. This role is geared toward hunters who are result oriented, performance driven, have the ability to work with teams. This position requires enterprise selling experience selling to clients of SAP ERP or similar market solutions.

Regional Sales Director are tasked with growing existing customers, targeting new customers, prospecting, qualifying, and driving Synactive solution sales using consultative selling approaches within their assigned territory.

Relationships

This position reports to the SVP of Field Operations and will work within a team of Solution Consultants and Consultants and Business Partners to achieve assigned quota responsibility.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7+ years previous direct sales experience selling major with a related software company
  
• Successful applicants will have demonstrated success selling process based applications to enterprise accounts in one or more of the following markets; ERP, BPM, ECM, Portal, or Web 2.0 application development environments or equivalent
• Working knowledge of ERP, business process automation with a history of qualifying client solution areas and orchestrating multi departmental solution sales
• Working knowledge of solution selling methodology and practice
• Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills
• Confident, competitive, thorough and tenacious attitude
• Able to work independently, but within a team environment
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science or Business
• Ability to travel within assigned region

Responsibilities:

• Initiate marketing and sales activities at major accounts within the assigned territory to prospect and qualify opportunities to solve business problems using the Synactive Enterprise BPMS
• Drive prospect qualification and solution positioning
• Orchestrate the development, presentation, and demonstration Synactive Enterprise capabilities for qualified prospects
• Oversee all aspects of solution proposals including project identification and implementation
• Provide territory management data: forecasts, account management documentation, and activity reports to the management team providing basis for account/opportunity planning
• Identify, evaluate, and respond to key business issues of the account
• Oversee post-sales support to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain relationships and executive contacts with current and potential customers
• Work with the Pre-Sales Systems Engineers, Resellers/Channel Partners, and/or Solution Partners to establish unique value of Synactive

• May mentor train or coach other sales or related sales resources.

Software Engineer

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Develop SAP solution through NetWeaver portal for web/pocket PC client based on GuiXT server with Win32 programming. Detailed job duties include the following

• Develop new features, maintain feature set and debug/fix any issues reported by customers and in house for all GuiXT product utilizing Visual Stuido on multiplatform such as Windows Server products to Mobile PCs;
• Program multithreading and inter-process communication for product synchronizations

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or a related field and at least five years progressive experience in the field of software design and development.
• Must have experience in desktop and mobile application development on Windows platform using C/C++, Win32 and experience in multithreading, inter-process communications.
• Must have completed at least one full development cycles.

Support Engineer - Entry Level/Internship

Location - Foster City, CA

Summary

You will enjoy the opportunity to interact with clients and learn about their business processes. This exciting position absolutely requires excellent communication skills. You will have an opportunity to learn about various Synactive solutions, SAP R/3 and its various other technologies.

You will be a part of a growing internal support team with unique technical expertise in Synactive solutions. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers with product and solution support.

Primary Responsibilities

Assisting Clients:

• Provide technical support to existing Synactive customers.
• Provide telephone, remote access and/or on-site technical assistance to existing and new customers.
• Must be willing to share off-hours duty with the team to support production systems. Occasional "off-hours" work may be required to assist and support customer systems.

Internal Support:

• Participate in the pre-sales/sales process by preparing and presenting customer prototypes and demonstrations.
• Maintain Issue/Bug tracking system.
• Assist in product/software testing.

Travel Requirements:

• Occasional; can be moderate depending on customer issues.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience

Experience Required:

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Nice to have software support experience.

Software Expertise:

• Familiarity with SAP software preferred, but not required.
• Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Windows Operating System(s).
• Familiarity with scripting languages. Knowledge of JavaScript a plus.
